NODE Explained

How NODE works

What NODE does is install and manage a single, landlord-controlled neutral and inclusive fibre network, giving occupiers unlimited access to the ISP marketplace, without the need for wayleaves and delivering operational connectivity on a plug & play basis.

NODE operates by way of a landlord-controlled comms room that hosts the connectivity solution, which is then delivered through a custom designed, central nervous system for the building.

This creates a physically cyber secure, fully managed and serviced supplier agnostic network, removing a landlord’s requirement for wayleaves, expediting occupier connections and maximising price competition/ value for the end user.

The combined benefits serve to deliver a best in class building or estate, reducing occupational risk and costs, with a direct impact on underlying investment value.

NODE is the standalone building connectivity solution in the market.

NODE is Connectivity-as-a-Service
